I'm a Dorset-based IT engineer with over 25 years' experience designing, installing and maintaining networks for homes and small businesses across the South West. I started out in field service and technical support before moving into network design and infrastructure, and I've spent the years since helping people get networks that just work — no jargon, no upselling, no half-finished jobs.
Every project is handled directly by me, from the first phone call through to the final test and handover, so you're always dealing with the person who's actually doing the work. When I'm not on-site, I'm usually tinkering with my own home lab, keeping up with new hardware, or out on the Dorset coast path.
